At ADDICT CLOTHES, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included for a successful processing of your refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
